How do I book my place for a live event?Go to Our Events, find the event you’re interested in and click on ‘Book now’ Fill in the registration form Please make sure you enter your email address correctly as we will send the information you need to access the event by email If you have been issued with a code please enter this into the registration form where prompted When you have filled in the information, click ‘Submit’ If you need to pay for your place, you will be taken to a checkout page where you can enter your payment details. If you are eligible for our discounted rate, the discount will be applied automatically for the NHS and universities. If you are from a charity please contact us for a discount. Your registration confirmation will be displayed on the screen when you submit the registration form and you may find it helpful to save a copy for your records. You will also be sent a confirmation email which includes an option to add to your calendar.

When will I receive the joining information and slides?2-5 days before the event you will receive the joining information by email that will contain the Zoom Access Link and Passcode along with links to event materials All emails will come from events@bespokementalhealth.co.uk. If you don’t receive the joining information, please first check your junk/spam email folders. You may find it helpful to add events@bespokementalhealth.co.uk to your safe senders list to ensure you receive all the information you need to access the events, straight to your inbox.

When will I receive my Certificate of Attendance?If you attend at least 80% of the taught time, you will receive a Certificate of Attendance. The Certificate will be sent to you by email within 10 working days.

How do I access an on-demand event?Go to On-demand events, find the event you’re interested in and click on ‘View recording’ You can choose to have your viewing tracked so that you can receive a CPD Certificate if you view at least 80% of the taught time. If you prefer, you can view the recording untracked and not receive a Certificate. The option you choose will take you to the appropriate registration form. Fill in the registration form Please make sure you enter your email address correctly as we will send the information you need to access the event and your CPD Certificate (if applicable) by email If you have been issued with a code, please enter this into the registration form when prompted When you have filled in the information, click ‘Submit’ If you need to pay for access (i.e., if you’re not covered by a subscribing organisation and you didn’t pay to attend the live event), you will be taken to a checkout page where you can enter your payment details. If you are eligible for our discounted rate, the discount will be applied automatically for the NHS and universities. If you are from a charity please contact us for a discount. You will then receive the Passcode for the recording and event materials Emails will come from events@bespokementalhealth.co.uk. If you don’t receive information you are expecting, please first check your junk/spam email folders. You may find it helpful to add events@bespokementalhealth.co.uk to your safe senders list.
